New outlet mall to open near Sugar Land

A new outlet mall in Houston and close to Sugar Land will open its doors soon!
Paragon Outlet Partners has announced that is planning on building in the city of Rosenberg, which is just outside Sugar Land. The Baltimore-based commercial development company just reached an agreement with the city of Rosenberg and the Rosenberg Development Corp. which includes several aspects such as location and groundbreaking.
The new outlet mall in Houston - which is going to be named Paragon Outlets Houston - is thought to be placed at I-69 and Spacek Road. The city of Rosenberg has stated that the construction of the Paragon Outlet Partners location in Houston is going to boost the creation of 400 construction jobs and eventually 1,000 permanent jobs after…
