McVaugh Custom homes has just broken ground on a new modern luxury community in Houston, located in the city’s Westchase district. This new gated community, Royal Oaks Courtyard Villas, is located next to the Royal Oak Country Club.

The home builder is currently building six model homes and six spec homes. The first phase of homes is expected to be completed later this year.
