HOUSTON, Texas- For several years Toll Brothers homes, one of Houston’s most acclaimed home builders, has named its several communities after the word “wood” and the newest community is not the exception. Companies recently announced that developers have broken ground to start the construction of a new high-rise residential tower in the desirable and luxurious neighborhood of River Oaks.

HOUSTON, Texas- A press release recently informed that Houston home builders are expected to start as many as 35,000 homes in Houston, Texas anally over the next five years. Even though its down from the peak of nearly 50,000 homes in 2006, its still a very good number.

The co-founder of Metrostudy, Mike Inselmann, mentioned all these facts during the past annual presentation of the Greater Houston Association of Builders. The economy in Houston has been recovering so quickly from the recession and the home market has struggled to meet the house demands due to the shortage o f lots.

CONROE, Texas- The continued population grown and new development in Montgomery county is making the school population of the Conroe Independent School District grow too. Last year the number of students increased to over 1,100 or 1,200; and that’s been pretty consistent as this growth will continue for a couple of years.

The student population has been increasing even as more companies move into the area and the housing market explodes, the numbers may change once developers add even more houses to the market and move more families to the area. CYPRESS, TEXAS- Houston’s real estate market has remained strong, and much of the merit is thanks to its northwest area, specifically the Strong real estate market in Cypress, Texas.

HOUSTON, Texas- Home buyers are not only looking for single-family properties anymore. The demand for condos in Houston is just as big, according to a 2013 report of the Texas Association of Realtors.

Houston sold the most condos in the four major metro areas and experienced a high jump in sales with a 25% increase between January and September.
