Harvest Green is a new master-planned community in Fort Bend County under development thanks to the Johnson Development Corp., the developer behind Cross Creek Ranch, Riverstone, Sienna Plantation and Imperial Sugar Land. 

Johnson Development Corp. just submitted land plans to the city of Houston for several residential neighborhoods within Harvest Green, a 1,300-acre community in Fort Bend County. The first phase of development is expected to include the extension of West Airport Boulevard to Harlem Road, along with construction of several other internal roadways, said Shay Shafie, general manager with Johnson Development.

Ground has broken for a new luxury residential tower in Houston: SkyHouse Main. This new complex, aimed toward young professionals will be joining the other two sister developments by Atlanta-based developer Novare Group.

SkyHouse Main will be located at 1725 Main Street, directly south of the already operating SkyHouse Houston and located at 1625 Main Street, and will have 24 stories. This new luxury residential tower will also include 336 residential units, just as SkyHouse Houston, and 7,200 square feet of retail space.
