This Fort Worth-based firm will develop the new 6 Houston Center in Downtown Houston, a new 30-story, 600,000 square foot class AA office tower designed by HKS Architects. This complex will be situated on Block 95, bounded by Rusk, Caroline, Walker and San Jacinto Streets.

It has been recently announced that a new apartment tower in Houston will be built. Azalea Court, as it will be named, is located in the prestigious area of River Oaks, which also features an exclusive real estate market and lifestyle, filled with palatial homes and mansions.
