The developer, Sullivan Brothers Builders recently made the announcement. The townhouses in Studemont Heights are about to begin construction and sales have already began. The first homes are expected to be completed this very summer. The plan is to develop 25 three-story homes on the site.

The Spring area in north Houston just keeps growing, as there is a new development underway: Lakes at Creekside. This new master-planned community in Spring, Texas is located on a 286-acre area, on the intersection of Kuykendahl and Hufsmith roads.

Duane Iselt, from Flair development, the developer responsible for these community, said that the community will probably feature around 600-700 homes, along with parks, pathways and other amenities.

Homebuilders which are working in Lakes at Creekside include the following: Trendmaker, Lennar and M/I Homes. The community will feature 65’, 80’ and 100’ lots, with a great variety of home projects. Iselt stated that they are trying to appeal a wide variety of customers in a wide range of prices.

Park Place Memorial is a new, 10,000 square feet shopping center in Memorial Houston developed by Rama Cos, a local firm. Park Place Memorial has a great lineup of retailers ready, including two new concepts to Houston, which locals will surely enjoy.

These two new concept include Piada Italian Street Food and Express Rolls, which had targeted Houston as a point of expansion. This new shopping center will be located along the south side of Memorial Drive, east of Bayou Bend Collection and Gardens, just half mile away from Memorial Park.
