The annual event, The Woodlands Realtors and Builders Awards Gala, was hosted just like last year by The Woodlands Development Company and it took place in The Woodlands Resort & Conference Center, where only the TOP Real Estate firms and Home Builders are invited.

Starting the night, the event was enlivened by music before dinner was served and the environment was filled with chattering among the members from all companies enjoying of a great time. The night followed to the presentation of the awards which were the following - The Builder Award of Exceptional Performance, The Builder Sales Person of the Year - Volume, The Builder Sales Person of the Year -Units, The Realtor Award of Exceptional Performance and the 2014 Producer’s Club awards.

The latest edition of these awards was held last Friday April 28, where the team of Tamborrel Properties and three of its dedicated members won very important real estate awards. This year the real estate achievements got by Tamborrel Properties were the Exceptional Performance Award won by Dany and Ahiri Merlo, the Real Estate Team of the Year won by Luis Tamborrel and the category of Real Estate Office of the Year - Independent Brokerage won by the whole team of Tamborrel Properties.

Another great milestone achieved by the company was the Platinum Level award of Producers Club reached by Dany & Ahiri Merlo with the great amount of 10 closings during the year and Luis Tamborrel with a total of 15, making them owners of the highest position at The 2014 Producer’s Club ranking.
