What Residents Are Saying

Residents love the educational variety available to them in The Woodlands. Michael Scheiwe, a resident of The Woodlands in the Village of Creekside Park, has two daughters enrolled in Tomball ISD schools. He says: "Coming from the DC area we were surprised by the size of the schools and different educational focus. All has shown itself to be an incredible blessing. The opportunities for academic achievement, fine arts exploration, sports participation and in-school extracurricular adventures (i.e. club activities such as chemistry club, spike ball, TMSCA, book club, cooking club, Destination Imagination, etc.) are more than we could have imagined. Communication with teachers and administration is open and free flowing, providing a connectedness we appreciate. Academic achievement is a primary focus where those that are excelling are given the runway to soar, while those that struggle are given extra attention to ensure every student reaches their full potential. We also greatly appreciate the many social aspects afforded both us as parents and our children through the many PTO sponsored events at both schools.” With three highly ranked school districts and an impressive network of private schools, day cares and preschools, wherever you live in The Woodlands, your children are sure to reap the benefits of a high-quality education.
