Pelican Builders is developing a new residential tower in Houston. This luxury apartment building will feature 17 stories and will be named The Wilshier at River Oaks. It will be located in the River Oaks District between Westheimer and San Felipe Roads.

According to Robert Bland, from Pelican Builders, The Wilshire at River Oaks is destined to become the most significant landmark building of all the projects that have ever been built by Pelican Builders in Houston. “The Wilshire is sure to provide an unmatched condominium ownership experience”, he said.

The Wilshire, which is being designed by Houston-based Kirksey Architecture, will be set at 2049 Westscreek Lane. It will offer 14 different floor plans ranging from 2-bedroom and 2-bathroom units with an average size of 1,300 square feet to 12 deluxe penthouses with 3 bedrooms, 3 and a half bathrooms and an average size of 3,500 square feet. All the units in The Wilshire will have balconies. Prices will range between $800,000 and $2,990,000.

Amenities will be plentiful, for all residents to enjoy. They will include a morning room with coffee service and a private party room with wine lockers, an indoor/outdoor fitness and casual lounge space with bar and private dining and a 25,145-square-foot landscaped pool deck above the parking garage featuring a 75-foot lap pool with adjacent covered grilling kitchen wet deck, and cabana rooms.
