The Monroe at Bayou Park is a new, $20 million, six-story, luxury mid-rise under development in Houston, Texas, between downtown and River Oaks. It will features eight spacious units and a 7,000 square-foot penthouse.
This wonderful complex will be located at 1034 Rochow. It will feature five floors of 3,400 to 4,000 square-foot apartments in two floor plans: 3 bedrooms and 3 and a half bathrooms or 2 bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms and a study.
There will be six 3,400 square-foot homes , which will extend to 468 square-foot balconies and two 4,00 square foot homes which will have access to 1,000 square foot terraces.
The luxury apartments at The Monroe at Bayou Park will feature amenities such as hardwood floors, Eggersmann cabinets in the kitchens and balconies and Miele appliances. Prices of these units will range between $1.3 million and $1.5 million.
There will also be a world-class mega-penthouse, which will occupy the entire sixth floor and feature 12-foot ceilings, spacious master suite, Eggersman cabinets in the bathrooms and kitchen, game room, exercise room and four parking spaces, as well as a 963 square-foot terrace. It will be priced at $3.8 million.
Other amenities included with the penthouse are service of a full-time housekeeper five days a week for the first year of ownership. The owner will be able to design and select finishes and pick between two different floor plans: 3 bedrooms, 4 and one-half baths or an arrangement of 3 bedrooms, 2 and a half-baths plus a study and exercise room.
Amenities at The Monroe at Bayou Park will include a private ground-floor motorcourt, a fully equipped fitness room on the 2,000 square-feet rooftop with skyline views. The rooftop also features a state-of-the-art summer kitchen and dining terrace.
The sales offices on site will open on April 8, while groundbreaking is expected for October 1st. It is expected that the first residents will move in around December 2016.
