This past October 1, the “Harvest of Homes” promotion kicked off in the master-planned communities of The Woodlands and Bridgeland, both developed by The Howards Hughes Corporation. This promotion will continue until December 31, 2015 and will benefit both home buyers and realtors.

Buyers who purchase a new home before December 31 will receive a $2,000 gift card when they close before January 31, 2016 for a home in The Woodlands or by April 30, 2016 for a home in Bridgeland. Besides, is the buyer is represented by a realtor, he or she will receive a $500 gift card.

Participating builders in The Woodlands include Connor Davis homes, Coventry Homes, Darling Homes, David Weekley Homes, Frankel Building Group, Gracepoint Homes, J. Kyle Homes, J. Patrick Homes, M/I Homes, Palmetto Homes, Partners in Building, Pulte Homes, Ryland Homes, Shea Homes, Trendmaker Homes and Toll Brothers. New homes in The Woodlands have prices ranging from the $300’000s to $4 million.

As for Bridgeland, there will be 11 participating builders with 15 different model homes: Beazer Homes, Coventry Homes, Darling Homes, David Weekley Homes, J. Kyle Homes, Meritage Homes, Perry Homes, Ryland Homes, Taylor Morrison, Village Builders and Westin Homes. You will find new homes for sale in Bridgeland with prices ranging between the $250’000s and over $1 million.
