HOUSTON, Texas- Gracepoint Homes, a suburban developer that has focused in the development of some areas throughout Houston, recently presented it last project. The project is supposed to catch up with the actual housing demand that has been growing up recently in the Downtown Houston area. The developer recently opened a brand new community of 22 new homes featuring the “Tall and Skinny” concept, situated in the Houston Heights area.
This community aims to be a part of a ‘strategy’ to build smaller homes in a prestigious location. The Gracepoint Homes in The Heights offer an affordable alternative to the traditional style single family homes. The residences feature 3 to 4 floors and its vertical design provides a less-expensive alternative for new home buyers. Prices start at $440,000.
Also, Gracepoint Homes is currently building a new site in Montrose on a block bounded by Taft, Welch and Mason. These development will include 15 3-4 story homes. Construction is expected to begin at the end of 2014.
