The development company Wulfe & Company Inc. has just broken ground on Phase 1 of East Shore Place, a new shopping center which will be located on East Shore, the “garden district” of Town Center The Woodlands, on the northwest corner of Grogan’s Mill and East Shore Drive.
East Shore is one of the most popular neighborhoods in The Woodlands, with over 2,000 residences at or near completion. It is located next to Town Center, which gives it quick access to headquarters of companies such as Anadarko, US Oncology, Chicago Bridge and Iron, and Huntsman.
East Shore Place, an upscale 3.44-acre center, will feature 18,280 square feet of ground floor retail and 23,000 square feet of second story Class A office space. The Phase I of East Shore Place will feature a bank, parking garage, and a restaurant. This first phase will take approximately 12 to 18 months for completion. The second phase will include retail, a bank, office space and surface parking.
