Currently, Houston is the fourth largest city in the United States, but it seems growth won’t stop, specially in the suburbs, where more and more people is moving in every year. These areas of the city have been the fastests growing for several years now. This, thanks to the high quality of life, excellent schools, cost of living, great homes and a peaceful lifestyle that seldom can be found now in downtown Houston.

An analysis of Texas suburb growth compiled by LawnStarter using data from the US. Census Bureau and the Texas Water Development Board, revealed the top 10 fastest-growing suburbs in the Lone Star State. Each is expected to grow at least 20 percent over the next 15 years, with half of those expected to reach a 40 percent growth rate.

Out of ten suburbs in the list, 4 are located in the Greater Houston area: Conroe (4), Sugar Land (7), League City (8) and Pearland (9). All four of them are expected to grow about 20 percent, with Conroe reaching the massive amount of 42 percent growth over the next 15 years, for a 2030 projected population of 93,516. Meanwhile, Sugar Land is expected to grow 32.42 percent and reach a population of 115,000. League City population projection is 124,000 (a 31 percent growth) and Pearland is projected to grow 21 percent, to reach a population just over 125,000.
