Sundance Cove is a new master-planned community under development in Houston, Texas, just off Foley Road, east of Lake Houston. This new community is a joint venture between California-based Madison Development LLC and Texas-based White & Bolin Construction Inc.

The community, which will be located along the east shoreline of Lake Houston, is located just 30 and 40 minutes away from the George Bush Intercontinental Airport and downtown Houston, respectively.

When completed, there will be approximately 1,200 homes in Sundance Cove, with prices ranging between $200,000 and $400,000, on 140 acres. Ground is expected to be broken this summer and the first homes should be delivered during the third quarter of 2017.

The Texas Real Estate Fund, Inc. has just announced the development of the Imperial Market shopping center in Sugar Land Texas. This new venue in south Houston will be located on US Highway 90, just between Texas Highway 6 and I-69. Imperial Market is being developed over a terrain of 25 acres and will offer 876,000 square feet of mixed-used venues. Construction of Imperial Market will begin on the first quarter of 2016 and it is slated to open its doors in the summer of 2017.

270,000 square feet of Imperial Market will be dedicated to upscale retail, where buyers will find a combination of restaurants, fashion retailers, entertainment venues and soft good merchants. All of these will be located on a 25-acre area along the banks of Oyster Creek.

A new master-planned community in Manvel, Texas by developer Rise Communities LLC is about to open its doors. Meridiana will be one of Houston’s southernmost communities and, when completed, will offer 5,500 homes. This new community will be located on 2,700 acres at Highway 288 and County Road 56, which will become Meridiana Parkway in the future.
