As it’s been previously announced The Meadows at Imperial Oaks is one of the latest communities in Houston. The 400-acre community is located north Houston, in unincorporated Montgomery County, and 5 miles northeast of the new Exxon Mobil Corp. campus.

The developer behind The Meadows at Imperial Oaks is McGuyer Homebuilders Inc., which has partnered with other five builders to start construction of the first 170 homes of about 1,200 homes in the neighborhood. House market booming has reported the news about a new gated community in Spring Branch, located in central-west Houston. The fast-growing real estate market has encouraged not only international homebuyers but other national homebuilders to decide investing and constructing in our city.

Paragon Outlet Partners has announced that is planning on building in the city of Rosenberg, which is just outside Sugar Land. The Baltimore-based commercial development company just reached an agreement with the city of Rosenberg and the Rosenberg Development Corp. which includes several aspects such as location and groundbreaking.

The new outlet mall in Houston - which is going to be named Paragon Outlets Houston - is thought to be placed at I-69 and Spacek Road. The city of Rosenberg has stated that the construction of the Paragon Outlet Partners location in Houston is going to boost the creation of 400 construction jobs and eventually 1,000 permanent jobs after
